In 1963, a former lumberjack-muleskinner was called by God to start a Rescue Mission in Great Falls. Harold Ross had just a few hundred dollars of seed money and a vision to partner with the local churches to share Jesus with homeless men. Nearly 50 years later, the Great Falls Rescue Mission still reaches out to homeless men, but now we also serve needy and homeless women and children. One thing that has not changed is our commitment to meet the needs of the whole person: spiritually, mentally and physically.

Needed Immediately: - Milk for our guests and our youth summer camp participants - Eggs - Diapers (all sizes) - AAA Batteries for our career development labs in each shelter We currently house and feed over 200 homeless men, women, and children in each of our shelters. The summer months can be hard, as we struggle financially to keep our buildings stocked and running and to support each person staying with us. We do not take Government Funding and rely solely on the generosity of our community. A donation of simply $5 can help us to provide meals for two people. Attention Great Falls! Our School Supply Drive Officially kicks off today - August 21st! Help us by taking supplies to any of the locations listed below. We are so grateful for these partnerships, and look forward to helping over 700 families get prepared for the 2019-2020 school year. More to come soon!

Calling all Golfers! We are still accepting registrations for our 14th annual Golf Marathon. This is our primary fundraising event for the summer season. All the proceeds raised for the Marathon go to support the Ministry here at GFRM. We are excited to be partnering with many local businesses to offer awards at the end of the Marathon on July 26th. Please consider Golfing in the Marathon!

Today marks our Executive Director, Jim Kizer's last day with Great Falls Rescue Mission. Thank you to KRTV Great Falls for a great story on Jim Kizer's time with the Ministry here. Our shelters, staff, volunteers, and community members will miss him greatly, but we know it's not goodbye forever. Thank you Jim Kizer for your hard work!

Our Morning Devotions at the Great Falls Rescue Mission! We can only imagine what it will be like to forever Worship the Lord in Heaven, and we get to celebrate a glimpse of that each day here in our devotions.
During our preparations for Thanksgiving, Harvest Springs Community Church graciously helped us package over 70 Thanksgiving Food Boxes to distribute at our Thanksgiving Outreach Events. One of our Staff members put together this awesome video to say Thank you!
Good Morning from the Great Falls Rescue Mission! We are so blessed to have volunteers that play Worship music at our morning Devotions each day. Some of our volunteers like Clint Reimann Mervyn Dukes Clint Hendrickson and Norm Miller come to play frequently; sometimes every day of the week. Our faithful staff Jim McCormick and Tania Miller share their musical talents almost every morning as well. Men, Women, and Families in our Christian Recovery Program attend Devotions each morning and what a great start to each day!

We are in need of the following for each department: ~Diapers, Sizes 3 & 4, and wipes for the Cameron Family Center, 408 2nd Avenue S. ~Shampoo & Razors for the Men's Shelter, 326 2nd Avenue S ~15-20 Pumpkins for the Youth Program, 408 2nd Avenue S Please consider fulfilling any one of these needs for our residents or donate a pumpkin for carving.
